Teravexa Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Teravexa's websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by AI Boss Pty Ltd (ABN 65 685 702 345) trading as Teravexa ("Teravexa," "AI Boss," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and references to "you" include that entity.
1) The Service
Teravexa provides tools to create, store, and manage documents, including templates and AI-powered features (the "AI Features"). The Service may be offered through free trials and paid subscriptions.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, templates, limits, or availability) at any time.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3) Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or others.
4) Free Trial
Teravexa may offer a free trial of the Service ("Free Trial"), currently priced at $0 per month.
During the Free Trial, you will have access to:
- No credit card required to start
- A maximum of 10 documents
- All AI tools and features
- All templates included
4.1 Trial Duration and Expiration
The Free Trial is offered for a limited period, as specified at sign-up. At the end of the Free Trial, your access to some or all paid features may be restricted or disabled unless you choose to start a paid subscription.
Teravexa will not automatically charge you at the end of the Free Trial unless you explicitly choose to subscribe and provide a valid payment method.
4.2 Trial Limitations and Eligibility
We may limit, modify, or withdraw the Free Trial at any time. We may restrict eligibility to prevent abuse, including limiting multiple Free Trials per individual, account, or organization.
5) Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing
5.1 Standard Plan
Teravexa currently offers a Standard Plan for $4.99 per month ("Subscription"), which includes:
- Maximum 100 documents
- All AI tools and features
- Premium templates
- Priority support
- Invoice downloads
- Early access to new features
5.2 Payment Processing (Stripe)
Teravexa uses Stripe as a third-party payment processor. Payment information is processed through Stripe's secure systems. Teravexa does not store full payment card details.
Your use of Stripe may be subject to Stripe's separate terms and privacy practices.
5.3 Authorization and Auto-Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize Teravexa and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
5.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails, we may retry charging your payment method and suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is resolved.
5.5 Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes (such as VAT/GST). You are responsible for applicable taxes.
5.6 Price Changes
We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Changes generally apply on your next renewal.
5.7 Invoices and Receipts
Invoices and receipts may be available through your account or Stripe.
6) Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@teravexa.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the billing period unless required otherwise by law.
7) Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights
- Upload or generate unlawful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the Service (except where prohibited by law)
- Use the Service to build or improve a competing product using Teravexa's confidential materials
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
9) Your Content (Documents, Files, and Inputs)
9.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or store in the Service, including documents, text, prompts, and files ("User Content").
9.2 License to Provide the Service
You grant Teravexa a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely to:
- Provide the Service
- Generate outputs you request
- Maintain backups and reliability
- Provide support
- Enforce these Terms
9.3 Responsibility for User Content
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to use it.
9.4 Use of Prompts and Inputs for Service Improvement
Prompts, instructions, queries, and other inputs submitted to the Service ("Prompts") are User Content.
In addition to the license above, you grant Teravexa the right to use Prompts in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form to analyze usage patterns, improve the Service, develop new features, and enhance AI performance, provided such use does not reasonably identify you.
For clarity, Teravexa does not claim ownership of your Prompts or other User Content.
10) AI Features
10.1 AI Outputs May Be Incorrect
AI-generated outputs ("Output") may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating Output before relying on it.
10.2 Inputs
You are responsible for ensuring Inputs comply with law and do not violate third-party rights.
10.3 Model Training and Improvement
By default, Teravexa does not use your User Content or Inputs to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.
We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve the Service.
10.4 Third-Party AI Providers
Some AI Features rely on third-party providers. Inputs and Outputs may be shared solely to deliver functionality, subject to applicable terms and law.
You may not use AI Features to deceive others into believing AI Output is exclusively human-created where doing so would be unlawful or misleading.
11) Templates and Teravexa Materials
The Service, including software, templates, designs, and related materials ("Teravexa Materials"), are owned by Teravexa or its licensors.
You may use Teravexa Materials only through the Service as permitted by your plan. You may not resell or redistribute templates as standalone products.
12) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use personal data and is incorporated by reference.

13) Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Teravexa is not responsible for third-party outages or acts.
14) Service Availability and Support
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support levels may vary by plan.
15) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAVEXA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.
16) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAVEXA'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
17) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Teravexa against claims arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, or violation of law or rights.
18) Termination and Data Retention
18.1 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements.
18.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to User Content may be removed subject to retention policies.
19) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
20) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance.
