• Creators can design, publish, and manage AI-powered tools.
• Users can access, interact with, and use tools published by creators.

1.2 These Terms apply to all platform participants, including creators, users, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the platform.

2.2 By registering, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 AI Boss may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.

4. Creator Responsibilities

4.1 Creators are solely responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, and legality of the tools they publish.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and consumer protection.
• Providing clear usage instructions and disclaimers for their tools.

4.2 Prohibited creator activities include:

• Uploading or publishing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Using the platform to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Users may:

• Access and use tools published by creators in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide feedback or ratings where features allow.

5.2 Users must not:

• Misuse tools in ways that cause harm to others.
• Circumvent security features or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Reproduce or redistribute tools without permission from the creator.

6. Payments & Fees

6.1 Some tools or platform features may require payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms as well.

6.2 Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform IP: All rights in the Teravexa Creator Hub platform, including trademarks, branding, and software, belong to AI Boss Pty Ltd.

7.2 Creator IP: Creators retain ownership of tools they publish but grant AI Boss a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and make tools available to users.

7.3 User IP: Users retain rights in any content they submit but grant AI Boss a license to use it for platform operation (e.g., reviews, comments).

8. Data & Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described there.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 AI Boss provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

9.2 AI Boss is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or safety of tools created by independent creators. Use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AI Boss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability to any user or creator shall not exceed the amount paid to AI Boss (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 You may close your account at any time.

11.2 AI Boss may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Engage in misuse or unlawful activity.
• Cause harm to the platform, creators, or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
